CONGRATULATIONS Anson Family!!! Philip is absolutely adorable! Of course, his two older brothers are two of the cutest little boys ever, so it's only normal that he is, too! I can't wait to meet him!

Okay Scott, and Lydia I am finally on a computer that will load the visual verifaction for me so that I can comment on your totally adorable, and darling baby! He is SO........ CUTE!
